Milbridge
Set right on the water, where the Narraguagus River empties into the bay, Milbridge has charming shops, homes and parks. Take a picnic down to McClellan Park or stroll along the river through Riverside Park. You will want to stop for ice cream or maybe a nice dinner before hitting the cinema in the one-of-a-kind small family-run theater.
Incorporated in 1848, Milbridge's shipbuilding heritage and local history is documented at the Milbridge Historcial Museum.
The last weekend of July the town celebrates "Milbridge Days" with a lively small town parade and fireworks.
